Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If approved, refunds will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and remedy it. For products damaged during shipping, please keep all original packing material and receipt. Please take a photo of the damaged products as documentation to support your claim.
