Our Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
We stand behind the quality of our plant-powered haircare products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered. Because we understand that haircare products need to be experienced to know if they’re the right fit, we accept returns on gently used items within the 14-day window for a refund or exchange.
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at info@bundlesandbits.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Final sale items are not eligible for return
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected

Shipping Policy
We're excited for you to receive your Bundles & Bits order! Here’s what you can expect:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing.
- Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers, FEDEX, UPS and USPS, to deliver your products safely and efficiently within the United States.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $40!
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
- International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
Damages
We take great care in packaging your products, but occasionally, items can be damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily replace items that are defective or damaged. Please keep all original packing material and take photos of the damaged products and packaging to support your claim. If more than 48 hours have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange for damaged items.
Sales Tax
As required by law, we collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Texas.
