Hangin’ With The Youngs

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Hangin’ With The Youngs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website, join our newsletter, The Good Life Circle, or buy one of our digital travel guides.

Hangin’ With The Youngs is operated by Jasmine and Dione Young in Texas, United States. Our contact details are at the end of this policy.

1. Information we collect

When you join The Good Life Circle

When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect:

  • Your email address (required)
  • Your first name (optional)

Our email provider, Omnisend, also automatically records information about your signup and our emails. This may include when you signed up and confirmed, which form you used, your IP address and approximate location, your device and browser type, and whether you open our emails or click links in them.

When you buy a digital travel guide

Our digital guides are sold and delivered through Payhip, which runs the checkout. When you buy a guide, Payhip collects:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your billing country, and where applicable your state and ZIP code, which are used to calculate taxes
  • Your payment card details, which you enter into the secure payment form provided by our payment processor, Square

We do not receive or store your full card number.

Payhip’s checkout also uses security tools, such as Google reCAPTCHA or hCaptcha, to help prevent fraud and automated abuse. These tools may collect information about your device and how you interact with the page.

Payhip shares your order details with us, such as your name, email address, billing location, the guide you bought, and the amount paid. Payhip emails you a receipt and your download link.

Your email address is printed on the pages of the PDF guide you download. This helps protect our guides from unauthorized sharing.

When you browse our website

See “Website technology, cookies, and advertising” below.

When you contact us

If you email or write to us, we receive your contact details and the contents of your message.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as health information or government ID numbers.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Send The Good Life Circle newsletter, but only if you subscribed and confirmed. It includes updates on our latest adventures, videos, and travel guides.
  • Deliver the guides you buy and help with any questions about your order
  • Respond to your messages
  • Understand how our website and emails are used, so we can improve them
  • Measure and improve our advertising
  • Keep our website and services secure and prevent misuse
  • Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

3. Our newsletter and your consent

We only add you to The Good Life Circle after you sign up and then confirm by clicking the link in our confirmation email (double opt-in). If you don’t confirm, you won’t receive the newsletter.

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, or email us and we will remove you. We do not send marketing text messages.

The Good Life Circle is the Hangin’ With The Youngs newsletter. We manage it in its own Omnisend account, separate from the email list for our other online shop, Bundles & Bits.

Buying a guide does not subscribe you to The Good Life Circle. Our guide checkout is not connected to our newsletter. To join, sign up on our newsletter page.

4. Website technology, cookies, and advertising

Our website pages are hosted on Shopify, on the same Shopify store (bundlesandbits.com) that runs our other online shop, Bundles & Bits. Because of this, some tools installed on that store may run on our Hangin’ With The Youngs pages too. These tools may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, the website you came from, and actions you take, like signing up or making a purchase.

These tools currently include:

  • Shopify, which runs the store, provides analytics, and helps with security and fraud prevention. Shopify may also use this information to improve its own services, including fraud prevention across Shopify stores.
  • Google, through the Google & YouTube app and Google Ads conversion tracking, for analytics and advertising measurement
  • TikTok, through the TikTok pixel, for advertising measurement
  • Omnisend, the email marketing service used by our Bundles & Bits shop. Its tools may run on all pages of the store.
  • Judge.me, which shows product reviews
  • Amazon, through Buy with Prime and Multi-Channel Fulfillment, for shopping and fulfillment features

We use these tools to understand how people use our website and to measure and improve our advertising. Some of these partners may combine this information with other information they hold about you to show you ads on other websites and apps.

We do not sell your newsletter information or order details to anyone. However, under some US state privacy laws, letting advertising partners collect browsing information through cookies and pixels may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page: https://www.bundlesandbits.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out

That page applies to the whole store, so it shows the Bundles & Bits name. Opting out there covers our Hangin’ With The Youngs pages too. Here is how it works:

  • Clicking “Opt out” opts out the browser on the device you are using. If you use another browser or device, you may need to opt out there too.
  • If you also tick the optional box and enter your email address, any customer account you have with our Shopify store will be opted out as well.
  • It covers data sharing for targeted advertising on our Shopify store pages. It does not unsubscribe you from The Good Life Circle. To stop newsletters, use the unsubscribe link in any email. It also does not change how Payhip and Square handle your purchase.

Depending on where you are, if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our store will treat it as a request to opt out for that browser and device.

Depending on where you are, for example in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may see a cookie banner where you can choose which cookies to allow. Anyone can also block or delete cookies in their browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

Our newsletter signup page is hosted by Omnisend. Our emails may use tracked links and pixels to show whether they were delivered, opened, or clicked.

Our checkout runs on Payhip’s website, which uses its own cookies and similar technologies under Payhip’s privacy policy.

We do not embed YouTube videos on our website. Our YouTube links open YouTube, which has its own privacy policy.

5. How we share your information

We share personal information only:

  • With service providers who help us run Hangin’ With The Youngs:

  • Purchases: As long as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.

Our service providers may keep information according to their own policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom:

  • You may withdraw your consent at any time.
  • You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email theyoungfamily30@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.

8. Security

We use reputable service providers and take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children’s privacy

Our website and newsletter are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International visitors

We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
