SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders over $50 are eligible for FREE shipping within the United States via UPS or USPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Please allow 2-3 business days for product orders to be processed and shipped out. During times of high volume, please allow up to 5-10 business days for processing and shipping.
For gift delivery, please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. If you choose expedited shipping, we will ship as soon as possible. If you need your order on or by a specific date, please email us at and we will do our best to make it happen! For unusually large orders, we will immediately contact you with an ETA.
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped from the state of Texas.
Return & Exchange Policy
Product Orders: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. All of our products are handmade to order just for you. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. We ask that you please select your products carefully. Orders are entered into our system the day after you order, and processing begins. If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled. You will be responsible for any shipping costs in returning your product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable), less any applied discounts, will be deducted from your refund.
Gift Design Service: Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, all orders are final sale and non-refundable. If your order arrives and you’re not satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied.
We must receive notification of damaged products within 48 hours of delivery. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Products and packaging may shift in transport and this is not considered a damage or defect. If 48 hours have gone by since you have received your item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for damaged items. For products damaged during shipping, please keep all original packing material and receipt. Please take a photo of the damaged products as documentation to support your claim.
